Who They Are
About IEHP
Overview
Inland Empire Health Plan (IEHP) is a not-for-profit public entity established as a Joint Powers Agency between Riverside and San Bernardino counties to administer Medi-Cal and Medicare benefits across the Inland Empire. IEHP operates under a Two-Plan model alongside Molina and serves more than 1.5 million members through the region's largest contracted provider network. Nationally recognized for behavioral health integration and housing-focused investments, IEHP has been an early mover in CalAIM Community Supports, recuperative care, and street medicine partnerships, alongside its DualChoice D-SNP product for dual-eligible members.
Mission
"We heal and inspire the human spirit."
IEHP backs that statement with concrete investments: Community Wellness Centers across the region, large-scale grants to safety-net providers, and one of California's most aggressive housing and homelessness response programs by a health plan.
